I called and spoke to Al, the company owner, and not only was he able to accommodate my request for service on a Saturday afternoon, but his technician arrived promptly (exactly when they said they would - no waiting around for hours - imagine that.) Communication was excellent. The job entailed a lot more than I though but they handled everything flawlessly. The job entail removing ducts that were leaking lint into the ceiling and the flex piping from the dryer had breaks in it spreading lint. The ducts leading to the outside vent had to be replaced, from the outside vent to the dryer. The ducts were concealed in the ceiling which had to be removed to access the ducts. The Pro Vent Technicians put in new ducts, sealing seams and securing the ducts. At the end they put in new sheet rock to replace what had to be removed, taped and spackled it. The end result was fantastic. I would hire then again and recommend them.

The technician that came, was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and affordable . He explained to me, what needed to be done, with my dryer vent, and was very efficient , and left my house clean. I noticed also, he wore booties, over his shoes, which I thought was a very nice touch, and I appreciate it very much. I will certainly be using ProVentAir, again, next year.
